Graphics card burned out, looking for a cheap replacement

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'm not sure how good this computer is (got it like 3 years ago) and just noticed the fan on my graphics card isn't spinning and the graphics get all funky after running WoW for a minute. Just looking for a graphics card that will go well with this PC and handle games that this PC can handle.

This is the best I could find, but this GPU will not play any modern game smoothly, It can barely play Call of Duty MW2 at 1920x1080 resolution with about 27 FPS. You would have to spend $100 or more if you want good graphics and smooth gameplay on modern games.
