New GPU for a 450W PSU???

Specs:-

450W PSU (Not BRANDED, Some company MORA but works perfectly fine using it from past 3 years)
Intel Core 2 Duo, Gigabyte S SERIES Motherboard, 3 GB DDR2 RAM, 660 GB HDD.
Graphic card should be able to run games like BF3, COD MW, GTA 6 (To be launched)
Budget:- 150-100 USD Help me please.

Have got some choices
ATI RAEDON 5450
ATI RAEDON 5670
ATI RAEDON 6670

Is there any good NVIDIA card in the same budget??
Please help me out

Is it going to cause any PROBLEMS???

And i have exactly 100 USD in my hands atm. Should i wait for 50 more bucks or should i buy 6670??

then when you can afford it get:
MSI R7770-PMD1GD5 Radeon HD 7770 $124.99
$109.99 after mail-in rebate card

for the games you listed anything less than will be a waste. final answer.
