Newly built computer won't boot

I recently assembled a new computer and it is unable to turn on. All required slots on the motherboard are plugged in yet when I plug in the computer to the wall outlet and press the on button, nothing happens except for a clicking sound in the psu and the motherboard's light turns on.

My build is as follows:
CPU: i7 3770k
GPU: Nvidia GTX 680
PSU: Corsair AX 850
MOTHERBOARD: Asus Sabertooth Z77
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4 gb
FAN: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
CASE: Cooler Master HAF X
HDD: 2x seagate barracuda
SSD: Samsung 830

This is really frustrating as I cannot see anything wrong so any help would be greatly appreciated!
