Okay, so i'll admit i know next to knowing about this stuff, so any advice would be very appreciated. Does this look any good? Specifically i want to know if there are any compatibility issues between the parts here? Will anything cause a bottleneck, whatever that is? Is there a cheaper case that does the same as the one i picked? Is 3 sticks of 4gb ram good? I don't understand the whole dual, triple, and quad channel thing. And for those who will say it, yes i do game at 1080p but i am getting a 4gb VRAM card so i can mod (hopefully heavily if it can handle it) Skyrim and maybe some other games. By the way this is about my entire budget, so i don't want to go over what i have below in terms of overall price.

I'm probably going to be buying from Tigerdirect.com so if you recommend different pieces please make sure they're on that site. And if it's not to much trouble, if i did something wrong with the build, please explain to me why instead of just telling about an alternative part so i can learn why and how i was wrong. Also, sometimes i pick a part that's a TINY bit more expensive if it has a trusted brand name just for a little extra peace of mind.

Thanks for any and all help!

You have the wrong RAM on there. You want dual channel DDR3, and you have triple channel RAM meant for a socket 1336. Look for 1600Hz DDR3 CL9 1.5v RAM. 2x4GB set goes for around $45. Also I would add an SSD but other than that your build looks great.
