Suggested MB for stability, w/

I'm looking at building a system initially for my research, and in about 8 months I'll be done and I plan to turn it into a home gaming / Photoshop PC.

Can anyone recommend a motherboard that balances stability and price? I'm planning to use a Core i7-2700K Sandy Bridge 3.5GHz processor ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115095 ).

When I do turn this into a gaming PC, I expect to use just a single graphics card, somewhere in the $150-$250 price range.

Gigabyte Z77 UD5H

Those 2 mainboard cost around 160 bucks but they pack tons of features and quality as well as stability/longevity

or if you want a 120 dollars range motherboard, Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 is your only option.
