Upgrade video card in Dell XPS 435t

I just purchased a VisionTek 4650 1GB PCIe video card for my Dell XPS 435t. The old video card is shot. Both Dell and Tiger Direct say that the 4650 is a standard upgrade for the 435 but I can't get it to work. The VisionTek doesn't have the 6 pin power connection like the old board and I heard this plug must be connected for the video card to work. Can anyone help?
