Computer in restarting loop

A few days ago, when starting up my computer, in the windows starting logo it suddently restarted, and now it keeps on doing it in a restarting loop. I tried reinstalling the HDD with no success, and I even used another HDD of another CPU which works perfectly on that CPU, but in my CPU its not the same, it just gets into the windows logo and then suddently tun off and start up again.

What you guys think the problem could be? :(

  2. Several things could've happened, but you need to be a little more specific on what you did before this, if anything.
