Trying to build a PC for Artemis Spaceship Bridge Sim

I'm looking to build a PC or two for Artemis Spaceship bridge simulator. I have one PC that can run it, but I don't think it will run well in wineskin or bootcamp on my Mac with that stupid intel integrated card.

I just want help to make a PC that will be able to run this, so as cheap as possible is what I'm going for.

what is your budget
location
overclocking?
SLI/crossfire in the future?
parts not required

i dont think you need to spend a lot from looking at the specs

I don't have any sort of budget, I just want to make one for as cheap as possible, since it needs 6 computers to have the full bridge. I don't want to make a fancy computer, this is pretty much the only purpose.
