Best gaming pcie 2.0 2012.... or pcie 3.0?

Asus M4A89GTD PRO AMD 890GX CrossFire Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz Processor Overclocked to 4.0GHz
8GB DDR3 1600MHz System Memory (4 x 2048MB)
Cooler Master HAF 922 Chassis
750-Watt Power Supply
CoolIT ECO A.L.C Liquid Cooling System

and i have just find out that i have a pcie 2.0 so the pcie 3.0 graphics card are compatible with my mobo... or what would be the best graphics card for me... ( not that expensive )

PCI-e 3.0 cards will run perfectly on your PCI-e 2.0 mobo, what's your budget, once you decide on a budget ask for some advice on the choice of card or have a look around for benchmarks.

With that overclock you wont run into many bottlenecks outside of seriously CPU intense games.

+1 your system can handle any card you can afford and even the best cards are not slowed down when running in a PCIE 2.0 slot.

the thing is ... that i live in a place where there is no A/C so my room is hotter than satans balls... and i loooooove to play for 4 to 8 hours straight if work and GF let me... witch i have managed ... to have at least 3.5 hours a day of intense gaming... and my budget is 250 to 400 $

You'd want a really cool running card.

The cooler on this card is good.

You will not bottleneck this card on a PCI-E 2.0 running at x16 mode. Which most new motherboards have.

AFAIK no even the fastest single gpu card available right now will be bottleneck by PCI-E 2.0. for your budget you can look up to GTX670. if you like Radeon card you can look for 7970 which is a bit more. just pick which ever you like. in regards to PCI-E 2.0 vs 3.0 in gaming you can refer to this article:
