620 Watt PSU enough for 7970 and i5 3570k Overclock

Would this PSU be enough for a 7970 and an i5 3570k with decent overclocks?

im looking at this PSU mainly because that is a really good price and brand.

Hi - That PSU is much more(no harm other than cost) than you need.
A quality 550w unit would suffice and have some headroom.

So, the HX850 is obviously enough to handle your rig even
if you were to decide to add a 2nd 7970.

Yes - that will work fine. Quality unit & more power than your
sys require's.
