BSOD- IRQLNOTLESSOREQ --> ntoskrnl.exe

hey guys i rebuilt my pc with basically all new parts about a month ago. At random usually once a day my monitor will just kind of go out, and i will still hear sound for a couple more seconds and then the pc will freeze up? The bluescreen error doesnt actually pop up even though i turned them on in system settings. I used Bluescreenview to look at what i was getting.

Heres the latest one, they seem to all be like this.

  1. reset your bios to default. save and restart.
  2. Ill give it a shot, thanks. Although i did just update my bios and all of my drivers, Its also a very recent reformat.

    Also today i decided to play a game all day without opening a browser and i didnt get any bluescreen, horray!

    It seems when i have run firefox/ youtube videos/pandora at somepoint is when i later get the bluescreens.

    perhaps flash is the problem?
