Hello, I have recovered the System Volume Information folder from a formated HDD, and now I have a 3GB file in the folder. Do you know how to open and manage this file? Thanks in advance.

Get into Windows Systems Restore for that drive and try to restore it to an earlier date. That is what is contained in the SVI Folder.
The Only way is to restore the drive to the earlier state using the System Restore program in Windows.
