Upgrading Intel Core i3-2130 processor

It's hard to believe that my HP Pavilion needs a tune-up but it does. How tough can a Second Generation Intel Core i3-2130 upgrade be to find anyway?

My problem is trying to get my new HP processor strong enough to pull the Adobe Photoshop CS programs that I need to do my photography. I'm now told that I will kill my warranty if I open the can. I don't mind being a good sport but this gotcha game of software upgrades has really gone on long enough.
