i have a ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 ATX Intel Motherboard and it only support a Cpu with integrated graphics, i also have a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card so is there anyway to use both the sapphire radeon hd 7770 and the integrated cpu graphics or is there any way to disable the cpus graphics

You should be able to disable integrated graphics. Although you don't really need to.

(If you install a GPU card and connect your monitor to it, it should work automatically.)

Also, if you want, you can use VirtuMVP software to use the CPU's graphics for normal tasks and certain game tasks, and the GPU's graphics for all the game rendering

The i5 3350p does not have integrated graphics.
