What PSU Should I Use?

Hello system gurus of Tom's Hardware!

I need help, and you guys have got me this far so I hope you can shove me past this brainfart. :??:
I need to know how big a power supply I actually need for this:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
Video: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB x2
Fans: 6x120mm
OC: Probably not

All I need is to pick a PSU and I can finally breath life into my rig, but I don't know how big (or small) to go.

Can I bring this stuff online for $400 or less?

More about what
  1. I've been looking at an Antec HCP 1200, but is that too much?
  2. first reference this

    http://www.service.asus.com/#!psu-calculator/c1ig3

second, check compatibility for current components.

third, futureproof by taking into account any perceived expansions (such as blu ray, hard drives, video cards) and reference the psu calculator again.

Last, choose a product that meets your needs and falls within your budget
  3. I appreciate the response, but I was more looking for personal recommendations.

I apologize, I didn't say that very clearly in the first post, lol. My bad.

Kinda wanting a consumer opinion about who makes a better psu of a particular wattage, who to stay away from, that kind of thing.

It's all good though, I got a Cooler Master 1050 Silent Pro Hybrid. A little more than I need but oh well.

If I should return it for fear of it eating my children though I would certainly love a heads up on that, lol.
  4. Wait... did you already bought all that?

FYI, you barely need 550w to power that build.
  5. Merhp...

What about when I throw in a second gpu?

Return that CPU and motherboard if you can... they suck.
  9. Not the question of the post.
  10. Well I guess this one's done.
