Help. Im getting random pixels flashing

I have a 6870 HD Radeon. It and my computer are less than a year old. Im getting random pixels, that change when i scroll down the page. Im also noticing in Dota 2 that i get flashes of random creases sometimes. (These issues just started up yesterday) I updated my drivers a few days back. Could this be driver issue? The card is less than a year old its idle temp runs at 51-60 C (i live in 100+ degree weather). When i run bf3 it gets around 77 C. What should I do to solve or address the problem?

It is probably drivers. Go back to the old drivers, and see if the issues go away.

I tried a driver rollback and I uninstalled AMD Catalyst center. Still same problems. Random pixels appearing flashing all over the screen. After uninstalling under program files my drivers. The driver still appears on under Device Manager (Is this an issue)
