Well man, Looks good aside from a few things...

Your only going the 90$ amd cpu/ Hd 6850 route. So i mean your kinda overblowing the whole psu with 600w. But hey, that leaves you with a little upgrade room.

I know your looking for a yes/no, often i am the same way and get irritated when people arent direct, so bare with me haha.

The motherboard, i mean you could go with a http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0054OWT0G/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

And save some cash, i dunno.

Im no compatibility expert so ill leave the rest to some veterans. I myself currently have a compatibility question on the forums posted, Im ordering a 470$ build in a few days :p Haha

Only thing I would say is that the power supply is a bit overkill and I would prefer antec, corsair, seasonic brand-wise for reliability. I have a similar build but with a phenom 2 x4 965 BE, same board and a 7770. I would suggest this processor if you want to overclock. I run at 4.0 GHZ on air all day and its perfectly reliable. I have never been a fan of the APU's.
