Your BIOS may be determining the best voltage settings for an automatic over clock. Have you tried over clocking recently? If that is all that occurs and assuming that the behaviour is consistent you should be OK. If things become more random then look at your PSU.

Ok well if you have over clocked then your system is just auto setting the voltage at boot up. Its a feature not a fault. As long as it remains consistent and is not blue screening or anything like that you are fine. Enjoy.
