Get the 480 it has more V ram and out performs a 6870!!!

480, 7850, 570, 6950 all good picks...try to stay above 1 gig of gpu ram if you can if you want to use AA at a high setting.

BF3 likes a good amount of RAM, I would get a newer generation Nvidia or AMD card that has 2GB or more, plus the GTX 480 is still holding its own in terms of performance but it is becoming outdated and is power hungry
