Computer wont turn on, PSU to blame?

I turned my PC on, left it at the windows login screen for about half an hour, came back and thought it had shut down. The lights on the GPU indicating power is getting to it are on, when I press the power button the CPU, GPU and case fans spin up for a split second, then everything dies.

Is it most likely the PSU?

Hi, It seems so. If you have a spare power supply, connect it and test. If not and the PSU is under warranty, I would RMA it.

Thanks for the response. I stuck another PSU in, after swapping bits and pieces around it looks like my motherboard died. Lucky it was a cheap one.

MSI, H61M-P25 (B3). Not too big a deal, but I'm surprised as its less than 4 months old.
