Building a Budget Gaming PC - How's this?

Hey guys! I'm totally new to the world of desktop building, but I want to give it a try. Specifically, I desire a decent gaming machine that will give me playable performance on medium+ settings for most games at 1366x768. My budget is under 800 dollars.

Here are the parts I am considering:

Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 - $39.99

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 - $94.70

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz - $104.96

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7750 - $104.99

Memory: Corsair 8 GB XMS3 PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3 Dual Channel Kit - $42.99

PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular - $69.99

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA III - $66.91

Please tell me what you think of this build, and feel free to suggest alternative parts that are superior, but still are budget-friendly.

I might consider an aftermarket cooler for your CPU. Also, a small Solid State Drive would make your system much more responsive and decrease load times. If you can spend an extra $15-20 you can get a 7770 1GHz Edition graphics card.
All the parts you have laid out will work and should perform very well, the suggestions above are just that...suggestions.

Build is fairly good, wouldn't be surprised if it was hitting high settings at that resolution. Would perform at medium settings at 1080p (BF3 specifically) I know.
