So it wont have an authentic Windows 7 is what you are saying?

You still need a case, PSU, and of course OS figured in the cost. Whenever I see Genuine Windows 7 on ebay that comes with recovery discs, I think it isnt genuine. And in most cases that is indeed the case on ebay. Does anything actually come with recovery discs anymore? So what is your final cost with everything you havent listed including the OS. Im kinda doubting youll be able to sell it for much of a profit. Altho I could be wrong.

Ok, Ill list the parts with price separtly

GPU = Hd 6770 1GB - 110
CPU = AMd x4 965 3.4GHZ - 80
Mobo = ASRock N68C-GS FX - 45
ram = kingston 3gb ddr3 1333mhz - 20
Case - Black with blue LED;s and side-window - 30
HDD - Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB 7200 RPM - 70

+ Optical dvd/rw drive - 20

Total - 375

All including delivery, I already have windows 7
Actually, recovery disks are pointless, the insall dvd does the job just fine.

(no keyboard/mouse/monitor)

Well keep in mind with ebay, you pay to list it. You pay a fee when it sells and PayPal takes a cut when the money is xferred. Sell a lot of custom HTPCs I build on ebay and if you dont price it correctly youll lose your ass.
