GTX Gigabyte Windforce 3, Red Dots, Red Screen.

Hello,
i have a problem with my brand new graphics card i purchased i updated to latest drivers and when i rolled back it made things worse but i get these little Red Dots on my screen every so often, i also used to get when i boot up my pc a Red screen but since i rolled back drivers when i boot up it disconnects my monitor for a few seconds then starts up whats going on?
