Budget Range: $1600-$1700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing internet, watching movies

Parts Not Required: keyboard, monitor, speakers, mouse

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Not sure anywhere that ships to australia

Country: Australia

Parts Preferences: No clue

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Unsure of what this is

Monitor Resolution: no clue

Additional Comments:Would like for it to be pretty quiet but not much of an issue, dont want it to sound like a plane taking off (exageration i know ) but would like it to look nice as well as function really good, want it to powerful and run things really well

Really need to know monitor resolution, to put together best system for that, unless you are planning to upgrade it soon. If you can't find res, make and model will do if fairly modern. I take it your budget is Aus dollar.
Sli, by the way, is only of interest if you are planning to use multiple monitors.
