the following are my current specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i3 550 @3.2 GHz
GPU: MSI GTX 660 Twin Frozr III 2GB/192bit DDR5 (OC Ed)
RAM: G.Skill RipJaws 4gb DDR3 1333
HDD: Samsung HD502HJ (500 GB) 7200RPM
MoBo: Asus P7H55-M LX
PSU: Corsair VS650 (650 W)
OS: Windows 7 Home Basic 32-Bit

for almost 2 years, my CPU and RAM is running finely but then again, I have this feeling that my CPU and RAM would not be able to play a game which is awaited to be released this year such as Crysis 3 and GTA 5...

so my question is, will these current specs be able to handle a game such as this? I heard that Crysis 3 would still be running on CryEngine 3 which Crysis 2 is also running on... just wanted to be sure

What do you guys think?

-Thank you in Advance!

Trust me, I think your computer can handle it. BTW, Crysis 2 uses CryEngine 2, Far Cry 3 uses CryEngine 3. Only thing I would change about your PC is upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit/Windows 8 Pro 64 bit.
Also, lets not forget that CryEngine is more GPU dependent as opposed to CPU!

May I ask you if there would be a bottleneck with my current specs?

Probably with the GPU, but not a MASSIVE one, probably very slight. A light overclock will help close that gap.
