Hi - realhardtechX suggests 500w for a sys with a 7950. So, even adding
water cooler and OC a 650w is more than enough for that system if it is a decent quality PSU.
No need to upgrade unless you have a poor quality psu.
Post brand and model of the psu if you are unsure.
I haven't checked your sites as that may not be necessary.

Tom

If you still are concerned with 650w these fit your budget:

too bad I can't read Norwayish.

if you're looking to crossfire + overclock, yes you will need a bigger PSU. look for around 850W

Hi again - Yes a quality 750w PSU is enough to power a system with
2 7950's in CF. Please purch a decent brand tho. Many low end brands
exaggerate their specs. Plz post here if you are not sure.

Tom

either of the 2 PSU's I linked will work well

Hi thanks for the help , im going with the 1st link (http://www.komplett.no/k/ki.aspx?sku=657687) you choose cause its much cheaper :D

and a friend of mine is asking if that same psu can power 2 way crossfire http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... , but his mobo and cpu is different, i think its maximus v gene and i5 3750k oc @ 4.2ghz

and how do i choose the best answer?

Hi again - yes that PSU can run CF/SLI, it has plenty of power
and has sufficient PCI-E connectors. So, he's good to go
with that unit.

Should be a gold cup block on all replies to check (one) for
best answer, if you started the thread as a question. If you
started it as a discussion that block won't be available.

Just checked you started as a discussion not a question
so you won't have the best answer block available.
