Best 700 to 850 watt PSU?

Well after getting two Seasonic X-850s with coil whine, I don't really want to go with Seasonic or Corsair anymore, since Seasonic apparently makes Corsair's PSUs. Any other good PSUs that you guys can recommend? My budget is around $150 and I'd prefer 80 plus gold.

I found some people saying higher efficiency power supplies are actually more prone to coil whine. Is that true?

Can't edit message, but I forgot to say thanks for the recommendations Tom. Isn't Rosewill kind of unreliable when it comes to PSUs though? I've never heard of Kingwin, but I'll check them out.

Rosewill is Newegg's house brand. They are generally reliable, but in the past have had some problems. I believe they are manufactured by Superflower.

XFX, Corsair, and Seasonic are all good... also all made by Seasonic (IIRC)

Hi - Rosewill Capstone's & Fortress are excellent PSU's and
along with Kingwin are made by Superflower an OEM that
isn't involved in low end PSU's, only good quality stuff.
