I know how to change the resolution when I open up the camera to take
pictures. However when I close it, the next time I open it, it's
forgotten what resolution I had chosen, meaning I have to go back into
the menus to change it again.

I know there's a way to do this, because I have managed to change it in
the past but unfortunately I can't remember how I did it! I used to
have the manual on a CD but that's gone missing, and the Olympus web
site doesn't seem to offer a manual for my camera.

Many thanks for your help.

Chris

Hi Chris...

From the menu, choose the camera tab; then 'all reset' should be
set to off.

The manuals are freely available in pdf format on Olympus site. :)

Take care.
