Sounds good to me. There's no point in getting a i5-3570K since you can't overclock on a B75-chipset motherboard to begin with.
I'd like to know why you have 6 GB of RAM, as that's an unusual number. You're really supposed to have 2 identical sticks of RAM in a board, not a 4GB + 2GB configuration...
Would it be bad to have a 2 and a 4. I don't really want to pay for 8 but want more than 4
