Hey,

I just recently bought and build a brand new Desktop, and now when I try to turn it on, the fan for the Power source will only turn about a quarter turn and nothing more. Nothing will come on and I am not seeing anything to be out of place in the components. So, I dont know what to do.

Without more information it is difficult to assist you. You may have had your computer damaged by an electrical surge, which fried the CPU and/or motherboard. Or, it may not be nearly that bad.
