Combining Fiber Optic LAN and Wimax Wireless

Can u Please explain me how we can combine the LAN and Wimax connections?
We are using here in our office one Fiber optic line that is running fine and we want to make up a backup connection of Wimax or wireless,so please guide me how we can combine these two connections ,Moreover we are using here D-Link firewall and Netgear FS-726T Router.

you have a Netgear switch, but what model is the D-Link?

most likely you will need a Client Bridge to connect to the WiMax to convert it to a LAN connection.

then use a Dual WAN router like this which will allow you to configure it in fail-over mode.

We are using here D-LINK DFL-210 ,can you explain me how to connect with client bridge?

you could use this router in what they call the AP Client mode to connect to the WiMax.
