How big is the power supply on my computer?

And I'm wondering if its power supply has the same dimensions as a Corsair 850-Watt TX Series power supply

The power Supply's have the same width and height but sometimes the length varies. That case has an ATX Power Supply, so the Corsair 850 TX will fit.

Yes it also fits, it's an ATX Power Supply. Just keep in mind that maybe the length of the PSU and the cables may interfere with the optical bays (If the PSU is placed in the top). So don't try to put a long Power Supply in that case.

Yes you can but if you buy a long PSU (For example 190 mm in length) you may loose an optical bay because the PSU and the cables interfere with it.
I'm just saying you could have clearance problems if you try to fit a long PSU in that case.
