Will My Graphics card be bottlenecked?

I have a GTX570HD DoubleShot from evga and I finally upgraded from an ancient e5300 2.6 dual core to a i5 3550 (should be able to turbo constantly at 3.7 since i got a cooler for it) will my graphics card be bottlenecked?
Any comments on the overall build will be fine as well. I don't think there will be a need to overclock since I should be able to max everything and run at 40+fps with all this correct?

also i got a micro mb since the atx version of what i got seemed like the only difference was that it was worse in terms of the onboard graphics which didnt matter since i have a beast card

It will not turbo all the time, it only works when not all cores are in use. You will be fine with that CPU and GPU, no bottleneck!

did you buy this stuff already? because the vengeance ram you bought, you payed 9 dollars more for the same performing memory. you could of bought the gskill ripjaws x and save 9 dollars

oh and vengeance ram doesnt fit under any heatsink so you will either get rid of it or get a watercooler from corsair like a h80 or h60

id get a i5 3450 since 200mhz isnt worth 10 dollars

you should see a nice 5-10fps increase after all these upgrades

Probably more than 5-10! remember I'm going from a 2.6 dual core that was low end when i got it in 09 to this (so it will always be at 3.3? is that fast enough then?) and i had 4gbs of ddr2 and im going to 8 of ddr3

not necessarily. when you are idiling, you will be somewhere around 1.6ghz since you arent doing much. the cpu adjusts accordingly to the workload to save a ton of power

oh I see, Bottom line though I should be fine playing really anything maxed out correct?

You should be fine. No problems. No bottleneck.
