Particles on the bottom of my i7

Hello, I was wondering if my CPU will be alright. I noticed after cleaning my CPU to re-apply thermal paste, that there were tiny particles on the bottom. I blew on it and then wiped it with a coffee filter to remove the particles. Should it be safe?

That is a little wage (particles?) but most likely will be fine.

I was just wondering if using the coffee filter was fine since I didn't have a lint free cloth. I barely touch it to remove the few tiny particles. (Like tiny tiny dust from the air) Can't really describe it.

Never the less most likely fine. Coffee filter should not have damaged anything.
