hello,
i was just wondering if my tv which has a 720p native resolution, can run games on ultra and if so will there be any quality loss.

You will be able to use higher settings with a lower resolution on the pc. Such as using 1366x768. If you were to use a higher resolution like 1920x1080p it would either downscale or not change anything.

No quality loss, the icons and other things on your desktop will look bigger.

If you are spending this much for high quality parts, get a 128gb SSD. I suggest crucial m4 128. you are going to use it for stuff.

And why only 1tb hdd, the 2tb or 3tb should not be expensive and you can get the slower speed drives since it is just for data

If you are using it with a TV as part of a media setup, consider getting quiet parts. It will bug you. for the parts you picked

video card i think is quiet
the 212 evo is quiet.
psu looks ok

so case is the final piece in your puzzle. don't mess that up
