I am building a new computer and I need a new graphics card. I've got the CPU and motherboard and the other parts down but i need advice on the GPU. I have an HD 5570 and i am getting a Crossfire equipped MOBO. Should i get a new GPU or just get another 5570 because I play a game that runs better on a nividia chip. EDIT: My budget range is $200 to $500 and i am planning on running Railworks 3 on max settings and Star Trek Online on max settings.

Is your budget $200-500 for just graphics or for your whole system? What are the specs of the rest of the system?

Even for $200 you can get a 560ti which will run over twice as fast as 2 5570s. The 5570 was a low power, small card...is that really the model you mean?

Yes go for a GTX 670. They are the best bang for your buck right now.

Depending on the resolution of your monitor you might be better off with an HD 7970.With the new driver updates it is as fast as a GTX 670 at 1080p while performing noticably better at 1600p (2560x1600).

Personally if i were you i'd wait for those to become available again and buy one of them.

While it is slower than a GTX 670 both are more than powerfull enough to max the games you want.
