Hello, I recently purchased a GTX 670. I want to know how much my CPU is bottlenecking my graphics card, because it is a little weak. My CPU is a AMD A8-3800 (Liano) quad core. My motherboard only supports FM1 socket processors, so I would also like to know what I should upgrade to. Thank you.

even if you knew how much it would 'restrict' (not bottleneck) 670's performance, it's not like you can upgrade your cpu and get better results. as long as you get playable fps, it shouldn't matter.
if you want to upgrade, intel sandy bridge or ivy bridge core i5 or higher would let the 670 flex its muscle much better. it would cost a lot as well.

in that article a 7970 is used (performance comparable to 670) for testing gaming strengths of amd apus, cpus and intel cpus.

Well, the GTX 670 is a pretty strong graphics card, and the A8-3800 isn't a very good CPU. I just assumed I had a bottleneck, because I have seen people with better CPU's that were worried about a bottleneck. I am quite new to gaming on the PC, so that is why I asked for help.
