More about running
  1. The % you lose in the 4x slot depends on what card you are using but around 5% on a mid range card. Crossfire is not worth using on a low budget build but not because of the slot. Also consider Intel Pentium gxxx series are better for a budget build than AM3.
  2. It would be better to get a single more powerful card instead of crossfire with that mobo, less headaches. ;)
  3. my friend, he only has £85 to spend on mobo, cpu and ram, if you can recommend anything
