Battlefield 3 only runs on low

Hello,
Do I need to upgrade my power supply and Graphics card? I can only play battelfield 3 on the low video setting.It does not play very well at that setting. Forget medium, high, or ultra settings. Any suggestions to upgrade my pc will be helpful

This is my pc setup.
460 watt power supply
HP Pavilion Elite HPE-580t Desktop PC
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-950 quad-core
9GB DDR3-1066MHz SDRAM
1.5TB 7200 rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive from 750GB
1GB DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 6450 graphics card

if you have no limit i would say buy a new psu and get a nvidia gtx 680 you will definitely need a new psu atleast personally my 570hd doubleshot takes like 250 watts

try to find ahd 7970 or gtx 680 take good 600- 700w psu and enjoy!

What setting do you want to play on? Do you want to use full anti aliasing? What is your monitor resolution?

No limit?
SLI 2 GTX 680s and get a 650w 80 plus certified PSU..
I recommend Antec..

Is a good 650 watt all you need to sli 2 680s? Nvidia's site sucks and doesn't specify the minimum psu spec for sli. Well at least I don't think it does; can't find it anywhere.
