Core i7 950 crash with my msi x58 pro-e

After finishing installed my win 7 pro 64 bit, my computer can running 30 minutes to working. But until then my computer is restart again ....again...and again for three times and can works again. But there is no longer stay, and then restart again...i don't what's goin' on Sometime i try to look my set bios to roller back to standard factory to wake up my win 7 to work again, but no longer again, and then check my bios about information my cpu there is 4,2 GHz, but i feel don't change the factory setting...this situation make me streess. Can anybody help ..?
