Which one's better ??

hey i'm trying to build a PC for my little brother I've been thinking about 2 cheep CPU's :
1) APU a4-3400

2) APU a6-5300
I know that the second one is better than the first one but as for integrated graphics I know that a4-3400 has hd 6410d (160 stream processors ) and a6-5300 has hd 7480 (128 stream processors) . So in my mind I'm thinking that hd 6410d is better than the new hd 7480d bcause it has more stream processors am i right ?or hd 7480d is better ?

The 7480d is better. It is newer, and had a -80 instead of a -10 at the end.

APU a4 I guess. Since the iGP is better, although you would sacrifice a bit on CPU performance

Reason:
443 MHz and 160 Radeon cores
is slower than
723 MHz and 128 Radeon cores
(i assumed you meant a4-5300, the a6-5400 has 760 MHz and 192 cores and uses the 7540D GPU)

ps. i know it's late but i was looking for an answer to the same question and stumbled upon this thread. found out. decided to put it here in case anyone else happens upon it. (:
