What is the best cheap graphics card to buy for non gaming purposes.

I barely use photoshop- but I want dual monitors for work. What is a good card for under $100 that can run dual monitors? How are these

I suppose either of the GT520's would work out for you and yes, with a couple of DVI to VGA adapters, you'd be good to go.

Another option would probably be something like this HIS Radeon HD6450 for $35.
