Hello, my problem is I can't access my wireless laptop files from my wired desktop. I have tried to set up a homegroup, and it actually worked for a week or two, but now we are unable to access the homegroup or the printer.

file sharing is more reliable when you static link your devices. also you need proper accounts setup with logins OR you need to turn off password protected sharing. firewalls can also cause issues. disable them to test if they are causing a problum or not.
