Replaced Mobo, Issue with Booting

So I had a mobo fail on me. I have an ASRock Extreme 4 Z77 and I got a replacement. I have a Windows 7 64-Bit OEM installed on an SSD. The only thing I'm changing around with my system is the motherboard, which is the same exact model. So I rebuilt my computer and I'm getting the issue where it tells me to Reboot and Select proper Boot device. The only things I have plugged in are an SSD and a CD drive. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

the os is on the ssd make it first boot in bios
