Android cpu dual core - is best ?

Hi all.
I need to know what CPU (android ) is the best ?
1. Rockchip Dual Core 1,5 GHz
or
2. Amlogic AML8726MX Dual Core 1,5 GHz

Also what do you think about two tablet ?
1.
Video Mali Quad Core
RAM 1 GB DDR3
Android 4.0 - OS
or
2.
Video: Mali 400 - Dual Core
RAM: 1 GB DDR3
Android 4.1 - OS

Quad is always better...my HTC ONEX has a quad...

I can't really help you. All I can say is that I just ordered a Nexus 7 with a quad core Tegra 3 ARM CPU. It has a 5th core low power core for when the Nexus is merely idling to reduce power consumption.

Not much of a tablet power user (or at least not yet), but the 1.2GHz Tegra 3 (T30L) should be good enough for me.
