your build looks fine, but i would recommend using a site called PCPartPicker to find the lowest prices for your parts.

Site: http://www.PCPartPicker.com

make a account and start picking your parts for your build. For example if you look for the i5 3570k Quad core it shows all the websites with that product (New Egg, NCIX, etc...) and finds the site with the lowest price. Its very useful if your a penny pincher and trying to shred those extra bucks of the total of your rig. Reply back if you have any problems and ill help you further.

As far as your parts go, they seem fine. the i5 3570k is a great CPU along with the Extreme 4, its a great Price to Performance Mobo.

If you want to save on your PSU (Power Supply) try going with a 650W , thats all you need for the build you posted. But a 750W will come in hand for Over Clocking or maybe a second Video card in the future for SLI. It all depends what your going to do in the future.
