Good Fans

What are some good fans, I care very much about noise so I would like a very quiet fan that is black 120mm and 200mm.
I've looked at Scythe, but Scythe is like a wind turbine and Noiseblocker I would love to get, but they don't sell them anywhere.

as far as the 120mm fans go, i am a huge fan of the corsair AF120 units. come in a quiet and performance versions, both are actually very quiet even when running at full blast. the 200 might be a tiny bit more of an issue as 200mm fans tend to be a tad noisy due to the high amount of force needed to get them shifting (in comparison to a 120 or 140mm fan)
