7900GS and PhysX vs 6530D

I found a GeForce 7900GS and some sort of PhysX AGEIA card laying around... and I thought it might be worthwhile to try.

However, I haven't gotten to trying it yet.

So... my question is, what would perform better:

A6-3650 (CPU OC to 3GHz) running on the IGP

GeForce 7900GS and PhysX card

Thanks! :D

they are almost equalish in peformance, but if i had to give an opinion, the a6-3650 will edge only because its naturally better than the 7900gs and physx is only used in a very limited set of games.

edit: actually they come pretty close, the gs may do a bit better, but it should relatively be the same

The 7900GS is probably just a tad bit faster than the integrated. Worth using. May as well.

And dang an AGEIA Physx? That is some old stuff! My buddy has one still.

I was just looking around and found it in this old PC. Decided to ask on here and looks like I'll be trying it out later.

That PhysX card... I'm not that good with nVIDIA, so I decided I'd ask about it. I found it in this big box of parts. Figured may as well ask... thought it might do some good in framerate when I'm playing games.

I'll probably end up using the 7900GS until I can get my new graphics card.
