1045t and temperature

I have a phenom II x6 1045t processor, and I was wondering what the average temperature should be. Im running at 40 C under usual use and idle use. Ive seen it jump to about 50 c when under heavy use, but not gaming.

50°C is nothing to worry about. Into the 60's is.

Thanks bud, I've been keeping back from over using it. I just wanted clarification before I start actually using it for normal use
