Compatability issue, Who to contract??

i posted this in mobo's and memory but no one responded so im putting it out there....

hi, does anyone know if there is a fix/driver update for asrock z77 extreme 4-m compatibiliy issue with g.skil 2400 8gb ram (2x4gb) can only get them running at 2200.

ive double checked every part of my setup, its not me or my machine or how ive plugged it in. its a known issue but i cant get any assistance from the companies involved. ill i got was a reply from Asrock that said it was G.skill problem. any suggestions on who i should contact would also be appreciated

well to be honest 2200 and 2400 wont make a big difference. and since you didnt get a useful reply from asrock the only option you have now is to contact Gskill company!

already tried that g.skill didnt respond. i paid for 2400. feel ripped off shouldnt have bought asrock me thinks, with their boasts of wide compatibility. i most worried about it not running at the designed spec of CL10-12-12-31-2N that it may be doing damage to my ram.

no it just wasn't running as fast as it should. minor difference really.
